About me

Your best Anna <3

Hi, I’m Anna, a 30-year-old cook with a passion for food that’s been with me since I was a child. My love for cooking comes from my parents, who ran a restaurant in Via Manzoni in Milan. I grew up in the kitchen, watching them prepare dishes that always felt like home. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with everything about food.

As a child, I often accompanied them to the restaurant, learning the ins and outs of the kitchen and discovering how much joy cooking can bring to others. That early exposure led me to culinary school, where I earned my diploma as a professional cook.

At 18, I decided to take a leap and move abroad. It was an eye-opening experience that introduced me to a whole new world of flavors, techniques, and cultures I had never encountered before. This journey truly broadened my horizons and deepened my passion for cooking.

Motivated by the new skills and experiences I gained, I decided to start a blog called DolceRecipe. I wanted to share my journey, my recipes, and my love for cooking with anyone who shares the same passion.

DolceRecipe has become like a child to me, growing day by day, and it means so much to me. I care deeply about seeing it reach and connect with many women who share my passion for food. It’s a space where we can exchange ideas, inspire each other, and explore the joy of cooking together.

Thanks for being here! I hope you enjoy the recipes and stories I share with you on DolceRecipe.

Mamma miaaaaa!!
