Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or thawed frozen
  • 6 oz Cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 0.25 cup Milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Halal mozzarella or cheddar optional, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add broccoli and sauté 3–5 minutes until just tender.
  • Lower heat, add cream cheese and milk. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese if using, then serve.
