This easy peach crisp is made with juicy fresh peaches, warm cinnamon, and a buttery oat topping. The perfect summer dessert for family gatherings or cozy nights in!
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 9x9 inch baking dish and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Mix gently until evenly coated, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
In the same bowl, mix together brown sugar, remaining ½ cup of flour, butter, and remaining teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend with hands or fork until crumbly.
Add oats and stir until you have a coarse, crumbly mixture.
Evenly sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let the peach crisp cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
