Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 8 cups Fresh Peaches peeled and thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Oat Topping

  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup Salted Butter room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1.75 cups Old-Fashioned Oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 9x9 inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Mix gently until evenly coated, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • In the same bowl, mix together brown sugar, remaining ½ cup of flour, butter, and remaining teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend with hands or fork until crumbly.
  • Add oats and stir until you have a coarse, crumbly mixture.
  • Evenly sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let the peach crisp cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
