Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Sauce and Pasta

  • 12 oz Twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the twisted pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet along with smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, additional Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  • Return the garlic butter chicken to the skillet and gently mix to combine. Let everything heat through for 1–2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
