Filling
- 1 pound Ground Beef 85/15 lean preferred
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese diced into small chunks
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese cubed, sharp cheddar preferred
Dough
- 1 can Biscuit Dough 16.3 oz can, large buttermilk biscuits
Topping & Garnish
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic. Cook for 6–8 minutes or until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Remove from heat and stir in diced parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese until just combined.
Flatten each biscuit round on a clean surface until it’s about 4–5 inches wide.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Remove from oven, cool slightly, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
