  • Parchment Paper
  • Oven
  • Basting Brush

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 pound Ground Beef 85/15 lean preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese diced into small chunks
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese cubed, sharp cheddar preferred

Dough

  • 1 can Biscuit Dough 16.3 oz can, large buttermilk biscuits

Topping & Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic. Cook for 6–8 minutes or until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in diced parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese until just combined.
  • Flatten each biscuit round on a clean surface until it’s about 4–5 inches wide.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  • Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
