Naan Flatbread

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast or active dry yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional toppings Melted butter or garlic butter, chopped fresh cilantro
