Drink Base

  • 1 cup Warm Water not boiling, about 120°F
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
  • 0.5 each Lemon juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger or fresh grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional, or use stevia for low-carb version

Instructions
 

  • Warm the water until it’s hot but not boiling—about 120°F is ideal to protect nutrients.
  • In a mug, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
