Oreo Crust
- 15 oz Oreo cookies crushed into fine crumbs
- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter melted
Peanut Butter Filling
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream
Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand. Mix crumbs with melted butter.
Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
Spread the peanut butter filling over the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top evenly.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly across the top.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
