Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 whole Unripe Green Mangoes julienned using a Y-peeler
  • 1 small Red Onion thinly sliced with a mandolin
  • 1 medium Carrot shredded or julienned
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro roughly chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce or vegan substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice from about 1 lime
  • 2.5 tablespoons Brown Sugar adjust to taste, start with 2 tbsp
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 2 pieces Thai Red Chilies finely chopped, adjust to taste
